Vocational Guidance, Counseling & Development

Children, Adolescents, Students, and Adults

Vocational guidance and development programs are tailored to the needs of students or adults who seek to better understand their educational and professional potential and challenges, as well as to make informed decisions.
This program includes five (5) one-hour sessions of Career Assessment and Guidance.

It consists of two types of evaluations and interventions:
a) A quantitative process using career assessment tests in English (e.g., 16PF, Myers-Briggs, etc.), and
b) A qualitative process based on the Social-Cognitive Framework of Career Assessment (Lent, Brown & Hackett, 1994), combined with the RECBT approach, which has been effectively applied in career counseling (e.g., Richman, 1993).

What is the ARISTON TEST?

The ARISTON test, developed by Computer Academy Ltd., is a vocational guidance system assessing personality, talents, abilities, skills, and interests.
After completing the ARISTON test, the individual gains a clear understanding of which studies and professions best suit their personality and abilities, supporting more informed decision-making.

It is designed for high school and university students, as well as adults wishing to explore their talents and career paths.
However, a single test is not sufficient for comprehensive career planning. Therefore, our program combines quantitative and qualitative assessment through structured discussions integrating both types of information for rational and evidence-based decision-making.
