Individual RECBT Therapy (Rational Emotive & Cognitive-Behavior Therapy) is based on a collaborative therapeutic relationship between a trained RECBT professional and a client, aiming to promote well-being and address specific psychological difficulties and personal challenges.
It helps clients adopt a healthier life philosophy, experience more functional emotions, and practice effective behaviors to achieve personal and interpersonal goals.
Intended for:
- Individuals experiencing psychological distress or dysfunction in daily life or relationships
- Individuals with a diagnosed mental health condition
- Individuals requiring therapy alongside medical treatment (e.g., medication)
- Individuals seeking long-term therapy (>6 months) or personal growth through rational living
Session frequency: Usually once a week, 50 minutes each (depending on individual needs).
Cost: Starting from €30/50 min (varies by therapist: trainee, certified therapist, or senior associate).
Initial assessment: €50 (mandatory for case analysis, diagnosis, monitoring, and long-term effectiveness).
