Group Psychotherapy for Children/Adolescents

Group RECBT therapy helps children and adolescents develop emotional regulation, cognitive, and behavioral skills within a supportive setting.
Participants learn social and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining healthy relationships and managing difficult situations.
