Individual Psychotherapy for Adults

Individual RECBT Therapy (Rational Emotive & Cognitive-Behavior Therapy) is based on a collaborative therapeutic relationship between a trained RECBT professional and a client, aiming to promote well-being and address specific psychological difficulties and personal challenges.

  • Individuals requiring therapy alongside medical treatment (e.g., medication)
  • Individuals seeking long-term therapy (>6 months) or personal growth through rational living

Session frequency: Usually once a week, 50 minutes each (depending on individual needs).
Cost: Starting from €30/50 min (varies by therapist: trainee, certified therapist, or senior associate).
Initial assessment: €50 (mandatory for case analysis, diagnosis, monitoring, and long-term effectiveness).
