Assessment includes various areas of functioning \u2014 such as cognitive abilities, academic achievement\/performance\/skills, attention, concentration and executive functioning, as well as socio-emotional functioning and development. It integrates information collected from Parents, Teachers, and\/or child healthcare professionals. Additional information is gathered from developmental history, review of mental and physical health, previous psychoeducational assessments, and schoolwork samples of the Child\/Adolescent, forming a comprehensive evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n At the end of the assessment, a detailed and integrated report with results is provided and presented to the family and the child\/adolescent. The results include specific recommendations for accommodations, therapeutic goals, and interventions. Psychoeducational therapy services are also available (see the section on therapy services for children\/adolescents).<\/span><\/p>\n The assessment can be conducted in Greek, English, or both languages. The process (and specific tests used) can be tailored to the needs and requests of each individual.<\/span><\/p>\n Some of the psychometric tools used include:<\/span><\/p>\n Each assessment is tailored to the needs of the child\/adolescent and may include school visits and\/or consultations with teachers or child health professionals.
